Booking Confirmation

- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the full payment or the required deposit.
- Guests must provide the company with all necessary information to complete the booking correctly.

Payment Policy

- Payment can be made via available methods (credit card, bank transfer, or any other method specified by the company).
- In case of delayed or failed payment, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the trip.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip or no-shows are non-refundable.

Guest Responsibility

- Guests must arrive on time at the agreed departure location.
- Any delay caused by the guest may result in a shortened trip without compensation.

Yacht Care

- Guests are required to keep the yacht and its equipment clean and in good condition during the trip.
- Throwing trash in the sea or causing damage intentionally or due to misuse is prohibited.
- Any damage caused to the yacht or its equipment will be charged to the guest, including repair costs and apenalty fee determined by the company based on the severity of the damage.

Company Rights

- The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to unsuitable weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its control.
- In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Liability

- The company is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings during the trip.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and must follow the crew’s instructions at all times.
- The company is not liable for any injuries or accidents resulting from ignoring instructions or unsafe behavior by the guest or their companions.
